Successful Businesses Plan

Feel like time is never on your side? One of the most common sources of stress is the feeling that there is too much to do and not enough time. Lists are written but never completed. Feel like you’re always putting out fires. Missing the time to be creative and explore new things? No time for the important things in life like family and friends

Business coaches come in all shapes and sizes, some straight from a “business coaching course” and some through the experience of business. Some are general practitioners and others specialise.

To carve back time so you can live (a little at least to start with) can be a daunting prospect, but with a little help, and some determination, this can is be achieved.

“If you’re not planning to succeed, you’re planning to fail”.

The knack is not to start with today, putting out fires so to speak, but to start with 5 years into the future. And be intentional about it.

I specialise in planning: from the 5 year vision right down to what are you going to do today, to get you moving to fulfill your vision.

There are many ways to plan, some more efficient than others, and the way I show has a strong success pedigree.

The basics are:

1. Set a vision for 5 years time.

2. Set goals at the 5 year, 3 year and 1 year mark that will help you achieve your vision.

3. Set goals at 3, 6 & 9 month marks that will help you achieve to your 1 year goals.

4. Set weekly goals to achieve the 3 month goals.

5. Set daily tasks to achieve the weekly goals.

There is more to this but this is the basic framework. My ebook “Intentional Planning” goes into more detail with the whys and hows for each step. There are (available shortly) downloadable forms to help with setting the vision and planning the goals.

Don’t waste anymore time putting out fires. Take hold of your destiny and plan intentionally. Buy the book here, or contact me to see how I can help you.
